    The bottom oven is not getting hot so I assumed it was the element …so I took out the element and am waiting for new one to arrive. but now the top oven/grill keeps tripping the electricity

    Is it because of the element in the bottom oven or is it another problem?

    You have isolated the trailing wires to the removed element?
