My kind of customer

I have a customer who purchased a few appliances last year and i remembered her name.
So yesterday she calls up about her fisher paykel dishdrawer making a strange noise and proceeded to put the phone up to the appliance.
I diagnosed the fault straight away and talked her through removing the motor in the tub and clearing the blockage (cable tie???).

She was so happy I had helped out over the phone she asked me what beer i drink so I said “I am quite partial to Nastro azzuro.”
Today she came down with 16 bottles of it 😀 😀 😀 and thanked me profusely.
lovely lady gave me a big smile.

old habit
in italy peroni was the cheap one and nastro was the posh one.
kinda like hotpoint and indesit 🙂

Doesn’t matter what I drink, its always a pint of Bank’s once I’ve paid for it. 😀
