Well to me they’re not mysterious, the customer’s two young children have been using felt tip pens as the marks are small dots and lines in three different bright colours! However, she’s not having a bar of it and is convinced that her newish Siemens W/M is the cause 😕
Does any one know of a lab that can analyse stains?

Yes, get customer to contact the detergent manufacturers ‘Customer Relations Dept’. They will ask for photographs of the damaged area and need details of garment material and cycle used. Alternatively, show your customer Page 22 of the UKW Laundry Guide Book. 😉
