ParticipantI am posting in this forum on behalf of a customer I went to today (to fix her washing machine) that also has a problem dishwasher AND problems identifying it 🙁
Apparently some local firm called and inspected it, said it had a Module fault? and left having charged a £60 call out fee (and not heard of since)
The customer believes it had a rating plate on the L/H/ side of the door with the words “Anonimi Italy?” on it (presumably taken off by this ‘rogue repairer?’ There is a label on the R/H/side with several numbers on it as follows: –
20022112301
016027026
GI/20202661
As you can probably see from the picture the LED display will only just partially read and will not respond to any programme setting. The customer also does not know the ‘Reset Procedure’ as no user manual also.
Hope someone can help the lady out ❓

KeymasterI knew I’d seen that button/display before when I was doing the picture!
It’s a Bernstein thing, Woz can probably clarify the model etc., but I have a PCB timer on my desk part numbered, 91/LSIS h/135 for one of those. You can’t have though as it’s Expert’s, not mine. 😉
Someone will no doubt be able to shed some light on it a bit better.

I’ve had a PCB on order for one of those since mid July 🙁
I want the one on Ken’s desk NOW !
😆
Definitely a Bernstien though, PCB approx £100 I think.

KeymasterIf Woz tells me to send it down to you I have no issue with that.

If you don’t need it Ken send it especially if it gets the job sorted
(just don’t claim for it ok 😉 )As for the dish washer it is an LSI SH
not Bernstein but NARDI (merloni actually) 😯 👿
Dave when you send the job in tell Judith were you got the part from so she can adjust Ken’s stock (so he doesn’t get charged).
PsKen Please send that fax i sent you back with all your details then you’ll get paid

KeymasterNo problem, I’ll get that away ASAP and I wasn’t claiming for it anyway, hence the “it’s Expert’s” comment.
Oops, sorry Woz, I forgot the form so doing it now, should be with you in a few minutes, I’ve been a bit busy lately. 😳

But how does that leave my customer (who will be visiting this site to find out 😉 ) as to whom to contact in order to get it fixed ❓
Not me I hasten to add, I’m only acting as a 3rd party here. The call is in RG postcode land by the way
Thanks!
