Mystery object.

Fished this out of a Whirlpool (german) dishwasher.

Complaint of not emptying. Due to the fact that the machine had been left full of water for some weeks, the water in the base was a custard colour. I removed the pump and some water ran out, not sure if this thing came out with the water but the pump now works fine, I found this in the base. 😕

Any ideas?

Id love to know as well. Found one in a pile of basket runner parts cust had removed from adp8332. 😕

that is the clip that holds the bar on the top basket on the left hand side if they take the bar off it will fall off and block the pump work for whirlpool so seen it a lot 😆

Cheers, due to the soup like consistency of the water 😥 I couldn’t be certain if it had come from the pump.
