3 year old Zanussi ZWC1300W Compact.
If I start any programme: water rushes into the drum for 30 seconds, but then dumps out immediately afterwards, prematurely ending, with the LED lighting “End” and flashing “Door” continuously.
It is a dial control, not a digital control, and it doesn’t seem to be showing an error code.
I have already made sure that:
– the inflow pipe is clean and clear. It is not in an odd U-shape.
– the outflow pipe is clean and clear. It is not in an odd U-shape.
– water comes in and drains out just fine.
– the filter is clean and clear.
– the detergent tray is clear.
– the drum’s motor works, i’ve put the machine into test mode and it spins just fine.
– I’ve turned the machine off at the mains and let it rest.This problem came about when I tried to set up an 8 hour delay wash, although I don’t know why this would be relevant.
Any help would be most appreciated, am not sure whether to buy new or can it be easily fixed…
