I found the method recommended by Jimbo2207 to be very effective. An No:8 bullet drill is very quick and clean. Bought mine at B&Q

have tried various methods

lots of heat sometimes works but if too rusted will just break t30 bit ( i have snapped 3 so far)

if all else fails drill them out George Hulme does a set of replacements with allen key heads add plenty of debor and screw in tight

I don’t know if there is a Hotpoint part number for the bolts is there ? (there must be I guess).

You can get a Qualtex kit part number KIT07 for about a quid for three bolts.

You can always buy a complete drum assy, the last one I ordered had the heater, suspension pegs and 6 torx bolts in a plastic bag. The drum seemed to be secure so I assume it already had bolts in it. 😀
