We bought this washing machine second hand and don’t have a user manual. It has stopped draining, and we don’t know if it’s the filter or the pump. But we can’t find the filter to see if it’s blocked! I haven’t had any luck finding a user manual online. Any advice or links would be appreciated!! Thank you.

The filter is down near the floor on the right hand side as you look from the front 😉
This model is manufactured by Servis for Nardi, if you go to the Whirlpool website http://www.whirlpool.co.uk then to services and spares, on the drop down menu select instructions for use, search for model number AWG995 as this is also made by Servis and basically the same machine 🙂
