Have been told that the selector switch is faulty, so grill will not switch on. Are these switches available anywhere.

The “cooker expert” who cannot find the part says he has a production no 13601386, but no model number

The oven is a built in from B & Q about 4 years old, where do I look fora model number, all the original docs etc are missing

Around the door normally but it could also be on the outer cavity which means removing the oven from it’s housing (I assume it’s a built in single oven ?)

Nardi models generally start with EK or FE

Selector switch part number is 040899009920R but no price and no stock in the UK so it will take 6-8 weeks from Nardi I’m afraid 🙁

Have not had a price for the part yet, if the part takes as long to arrive i will surely get serious grief

Sorry, email enquiry re-sent this evening.

Sadly you may face some grief, Nardi are currently taking 6-8 weeks to deliver spares to the UK 🙁
