I have a Nardi oven and am trying to use the spit roast.
Theinstruction book says to turn the temperature to 250 degrees. But when the oven reaches that temperature the spit stops turning.
The spit roast only seems to work when the oven is heating up. As soon as it reaches temperature [any temperature] it stops.
Obviously that is going to burn the meat on one side.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a fault?
