The parts you need are:

Timer knobs:- 091511250102R x 2
Hob knobs:- 091530003103R x 2

If you drop me an email, I also have the user manual in PDF format which I can attach to a reply for you, I’m waiting on a reply at the moment with details of price and availablity of the knobs.

Just read your comments in the above post regarding Neb Verona ss Model:FE2623 EX. I have same oven but its timer is displaying 00 but the oven does not turns on. I have read that its timer need to be reset first and then it will work. I do not have its manual and I do not know how to reset timer.
