Neb oven – takes ages to heat up

Hi.

I’ve noticed over the last week that a problem has developed with my oven (Brand = Neb b&q own brand).

Its a fan oven so usually i dont have to preheat it before i cook something. However, these last few days, its taking about half an hour to get to the required temperature. Eg. Last night i cooked potato wedges, i preheated the oven for 10 mins then cooked them for 30 minutes. After this time they should have been done but they were still rock hard. It took another 30-35 minutes until they were cooked.

Any ideas why this is happening?

could be one of the elements have failed,either the top or base element dependant on which model you have.
