My Bottom element has just gone bang and stopped working. Its 23rd of December and unless i get a replacement asap we will be eating macdonalds for xmas dinner.
CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP????
My cooker is a NEB Vicenza and the element is a1.0 KW

It’s unlikely anyone except Caremark will have one on the shelf, their phone number is 0870 7502435. The part number you need is 040199009927R.
The Vicenza is a multi-function oven, you have the fan assisted option which doesn’t need the base element to operate, there’s a seperate element for that.
