Neb Vicenza

Hi,
I’ve got a Vicenza but am not the original purchaser as brought this house last year and oven was already here. Have discovered that the service company are no more and the new company’s service number which they have given me doesn’t exist according to bt when I’ve tried calling!! My fan is still going and the grill is still heating up but very slowly and the main oven isn’t heating up at all. I’ve tried a few companies in my local area but they don’t deal with Neb’s or won’t come out to my area!! Annoyingly I’m only down the road from the original manufacturer but have tried them and they don’t manufacture them anymore!! Has anyone any ideas of someone who might be able to help me in the North Manchester area? Or where I might get a part from as according to the new service company the elements are very hard to get hold of as they’re not made anymore!!!

Hi Lauren,

If you drop Dave a line on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he’s a bit of a whizz with these machines, but he will probably need the model number off the rating plate. 😉
