Can anyone advise me on the part number for the rear element for this cooker as it’s blowing cold air around in fan assisted oven mode?

CareMark wanted £60 callout for first 15 mins and £20 for every further 15 minutes with parts on top!

Feel like sticking my head in oven but that would only acheive a cold blow dry!

Part number 040199009932R at £19.95 plus £3.95 carriage.

An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please if you’d like one ordered 🙂

You guys can’t be British because that service response is amazing! Am going to callout a local firm hoping their rates are not as extortionate as CareMark and if I have no luck I will definitely use your service!

Many thanks and Merry Christmas 😀

Re: Neb Vicenza Cooker failed element

I have removed the original rear element ( power isolated!) which was just allowing cold air to be blown over it and it has a part ref on it of :2191 347 R IRCA 230V/2300W

When I put a multi-meter across the removed elements live and neutral elements I get no through resistance reading ( assuming it’s blown ).

I then applied the multi-meter to the then exposed cooker wired terminal spades I get a resistance reading when switching the fan assist knob off an and on which tells me the wiring in the cooker is just fine.

    This sound ok ?

I will order the replacement part via email.

Yep, it certainly sounds like it, a reply to your email is on the way 😉
