NEB Vicenza oven Element failure

Hi , I have a NEB Vicenza oven from B&Q.
Serial No. 031606334 R51
Model. Vicenza Mirror FE4623ES
Power Max. 3370W

The main fan oven element has failed. The fan will run but no heat is generated. Top and bottom elements and grill are ok. Can you tell me where I would get a replacement element?
If possible does anybody have a pdf of the wiring diagram?

Part number is 040199009932R.

I can’t come up with an alternative though, any chance of a picture please ? I can order one from the “main agent” but they are taking the mickey with the price and would cost you over £50 😯

I too have a Vicenza Oven, where the Fan Oven element has just gone ❗
Any joy with finding an alternative?

I have had it about two years, I hope this is a one off failure.

Don’t think this one was ever resolved. Any chance of dropping a piccie by email to Dave Conway? He is a bit of a genius at this sort of thing………

This was a common problem with this particular product and I believe that they changed supplier of the element.

Oven manufacturer Nardi Italy.

Serviced (I think) by expert appliance care.

Yes they are serviced by EAC, we just love Nardi. 🙄

Yes the elements have now changed.
They now use a 3 ringed element which is more reliable than the standard 2 ringed element.

Part number R2100001.
