My question is, I have just had a guy round to give me a quote for a new kitchen. He quoted for Necht appliances, of which I have never heard of before. Can anyone tell me what these appliances are like – he told me that they are in the top two of German appliance companies. Is he filling me full of sales patter? He has quoted for fridge, freezer and dishwasher – all intergrated. Any feedback out there?

Hi Bev, i am new on here too. PLEASE tell me you never went with Rock solid kitchens, if so i hope you had a better time than we did. We had our kitchen delivered in May of this year and are still waiting for eith missing good, or refunds. Customer services were highly rude to the point they have caller display and would cut us off, when we called from a withheld number they put the phone down when we gave our surname, and told us several time we would not be getting anything else, eny exchanges or any refunds for missing or wrong parts. All our appliences turned up and were all different makes so nothing matched. I have sent another email this morning trying to get money refunded but dont hold much help. My Husband eventually drove from Birmingham to Oldham to retreive our missing items, and got nothing except two rottys sent out when he raised his voice in frustration, he was told over the phone if he drove to manchester everything would be ready for him at 9am, by 1pm he was still battleing to get anything from them, there were 5 other people in there offices complaining at the same time! This is just part of the horrors we have been put through, and once you have given the sales guy your £200 deposit he wants nothing more to do with you and told us constantly he could not help us after the forms are signed as its nothing to do with him, he pockets his £200 notes and does one. I would advise people to avoid this company like the bloody plague! Hope this helps, and yes, they are too good to be true
