Basically, there’s no service or spare parts info on these at all unless one of the guys happens to now the dishwasher through seeing one before. It’s probably a Chinese Midea or Haeir but, goodness knows.

On further investigation it appears that the second thermal cut out breaks the neutral why they would do this is anyones guess I am going the bypass this and see if I get the element to work
I have bunged it in the freezer for the time being maybe it’ll reset

Hi
This would more likely be a pressure switch which would stop the unit heating if there was not enough pressure to operate the unit correctly.
If you send me a photo to samsung@ffrservices.co.uk i will confirm it or not.Bryan

It is definatly a ksd201 stat there are 2 of them at differant places on the element there is also what I assume is a thermistor up into the controller right on the bottm of the eash tank it looks as if it should be glued with some sort of thermal paste and it has come adrift, I am getting current to the element now but the power to the elment does’nt stay on very long but this might be becuase the tank water level in never that high any making progress

Hi
Putting in the freezer is a waste of time..It won’t reset if its a thermal cutout.
