Necht Dishwasher

Hi,
I have recently bought a new integrated Nech dishwasher as part of a purchase from a kitchen company. This has not worked since install and whilst I am fighting with the company to get it replaced, does anyone know a good customer service Number for necht in the UK?, apparaently they are supposed to send out an engineer, But i want it replaced.

Any help or comments much appreciated.

The kitchen company that supply Necht are normaly Maple Industries:

Although you will almost certainly have to accept an engineers visit even if it should go to replacement stage as they will want a report to rule out any installation problems and let them know what the fault is.
