Necht Dishwasher WQP12 – 6015

I have moved in to house with a build in dishwasher and i havent got a manual. I have got it to work but when it dishwasher has finished it leaves water in the bottom and it only empties when you put it on again but then when it has finished again the water from that cycle is in the bottom. Any ideas on how to get rid of the water because it stinks

Can I seriously suggest that you don’t try and repair this yourself?

The machine is probably suffering from some sort of blockage. If it joins on under the sink, check the coupling, otherwise, it’s a case of trying to take it to bits, which is an absolute nightmare. And I am a professional repairer…..

Chinese machine – put ‘Haier AND dishwasher’ into the Search facility for this forum only for an idea of what you’re up against.

Short term measure – there is no reason why you shouldn’t bale out the standing water to stop it smelling.

Power off if you are going to investigate.

could be waste water from the sink back filling into the appliance via the waste hose.
check the angle of the waste hose, if the machine wastes into the ‘u’ bend under the sink.
