Necht dishwasher WQP12_6015

Please can someone help? I have tried to phone the customer services number of Necht but they never answer.

When you put the dishwasher on a cycle, it does not drain the dirty water away. If you then put the dishwasher on another cycle you can hear the water being drained away first.

I think the machine is getting stuck mid cycle.

Will this have been caused by opening the door whilst mis cycle? How I can repair this myself?

This is an error I had on my dishwasher. When I finally got through to the necht hot line, I told the person the fault and they said they would send a replacement dishwasher out for me. Trouble is, the way they did it, someone delivers a new dishwasher, then they send an engineer to remove old and fit new, and then they arrange for someone to come and pick up the old one. ie three visits to the house.

It all sounds too good to be true, but just to let you know the one they replaced it with, which is apparently a higher spec model, went wrong after 6 weeks and I am still waiting for them to repair….
