Need a bit of help

I have a zanussi dishwasher that keeps going into anti-flood mode
I take the front plate of wipe up all the water start the dishwasher of again but after 5 mins water starts pouring out of two black pipes that are not connected to anything then the anti-flood kicks in again
Anyone out there can give me some tips zanussi want £105 just to knock on my door could really do without that

difficult to be sure but it sounds like its overfilling

if you search for a local engineer on this site it will be a lot cheaper
