    Hi,

I am repairing a John Lewis JLBIOS602 cooker (Electrolux). The fan oven temp is electronically selected. When temp is reached a signal beep is given and the element should be turned off.

Problem: element is not turned off and so, temp continues to rise (no indication is given it’s happening until food burnt).

I’m sure the problem lies in the power relay on the power board (see photos) as when the signal is given the relay does not release but if tapped the relay releases.

I’ve found a relay at Farnell but I don’t order from them very often and min order is £20.

Can anyone point to another supplier. Maplins don’t have them.

    Thanks

    Laurence
