    Hi

I live in a small rented flat and the washing machine is very old, I’ve even been told if the washing machine breaks they can’t repair it as its that old they don’t make parts for it anymore.

Anyway my problem is this I bought a new bed set and sheet put it in for wash and there is pulls all over the fabric everywhere very large around at least 5 different pulls and the fabric stuck together.

Is this the washing machine causing this? Or is it the fabric? I’m worried to put anything else in there.

    Thanks

Check the plastic paddles inside the drum are intact and correctly seated…also check for any damage to the holes in the drum …mind your fingers, it will be very sharp!

I’m not sure it’s so old I think it was made in Italy and has 2 different names might be a Servis? Or something beginning with a c it doesn’t even say and yes it’s a washer dryer

Check to see if there is upwards and downwards movement of the front of the drum… If yes, the drum could be catching the materials between the drum and the edge of the seal

In my opinion the biggest cause of damage to clothing is customer misuse
Make sure you are selecting the correct cycle for the type of fabric you are washing
Most common comment I get is ” we only use 1 cycle”. Therein lies the problem
