ParticipantDear All,
I’m new here and hope that you guys able to help with my washing machine. It wont’s start filling water when i swich on the power.
i have tried some solutions i’ve read from this forum:
1. diagnostic: press n hold wash temp and then press power (hear beep beep), then press spin button til slow and hold are lit, found 00000000
2. done this: Restart is turned off.
Hold down “Temp Down”, then press power. Wait for two beeps. Hold down “advance” and use “water level down” button to set Restart – the “low water” lamp should light. Switch off and you should be ready to go.
and still doesnt work3. done this: reset the memory on the power board – hold down “Start”, then “Power”
and still doesnt work
now if i plug off and plug on again the power cord, all of the lights go out except for the first 5 which flash.ed
thanks!

Not sure exactly what’s going on here – the five lights does mean that restart is off – it shpuld be on. If the reset procedure is not being held in the eeprom, set restart to on whilst holding down the advance button. This should re-embed it.

I have repeated the procedure again, and i think i have reset the machine now: hold down ‘temperature down’ button and press power (heard two beep) , then hold down ‘advanced’ then press water level down.
then i done diagnostic: hold down ‘temperature down’ button and press power (heard two beep and water level (low) is lit), then press spin button til hold and slow are lit, got 00000000
what other test can be conducted?
i tried to press regular and drain cycle works,
press wool, delicate, heavy duty: nothing happen.
press and hold cold:cold water cames,
press and hold hot: hot water comes.actually the start of this problem was when i used it yesterday, i forgot to put laundry powder inside so i opened the lid and put powder (the machine was running, filling water) but when i closed the lid again, it refused to continue to fill.
thanks for your help.

Pipi, the 8×0 means that there is no error recorded in the machines memory. Failing to restart – lid switch, OOB switch can do this, but they should generate an error code. Pump failing can also stop the machine fuctioning.
Anything else, it more or less has to be the board.
