NEED HELP QUICK

I am being swamped by laundry because my Whirlpool Super Capasity Plus Washer (model 3LSC8255EQ1 serial CK5122945) has just given up the ghost. It was not aggitating properly & now it won’t spin & is just clicking. Do I just need a part or do I need a washing machine doctor.
I have to get this sorted el pronto – help please anyone?

It sounds as if the drive coupling from the motor to the gearbox has broken.
Power off if you are to investigate :plug:

Thanks a million for the quick reply. Dave told me that before & I lost his reply in pc airwaves (Sorry Dave 😳 ). Sounds quite minor!!!!! Have just ordered one (481932528035) Is it easy to replace & Will it come with instructions?

No….it won’t come with instructions

Yes….it is easy to replace, the motor needs to be separated from the gearbox (2 screws) to gain access to the coupling.
