Need help with Hoover in Aust.

A friend has a Hoover New Wave 1200.
Have Serial No; but not model.
Needs to be fixed.
Can any one help with this?

A little more info would help like whereabouts in Oz?

That serial number would be helpful and what’s wrong with the appliance as well.

All that aside I’ll move this to our Oz forum and keep our fingers crossed someone sees this who can help.
