Need help with servis washing machine

Hi,

I just move into a flat in the UK that has a servis Easiwash N’ Dry 900 machine (model # m919x).

I need the manual or at least some help in how to use it

1) I don’t know for sure if it actually dries since I don’t see any lint traps or anything
2) I am new to the UK so I am new to how washing machines actually work here (there is no such thing has a pre wash detergent drawer for instance in any machines I’ve seen in NA for instance)
3) it has one knob that controls the program ( I dont see a dryer program) and another knob that controls time as far as I know (goes from 0 to 140). It has an on/off button and a half-load button which I assume is used if you have a small load

any help would be nice

Half load button needss to be pressed in and timer set for dryer to work.

thanks for the help. Quick question though…. what do I set the program dial to? (there is no dry option. I assume the red part of the dial but all the letters/numbers represent pre wash ,spin etc..)

The knob with 0 – 140 is the dryer timer (in minutes of dry time)
