My 15yr old Sharp Combination microwave oven burnt out yesterday

I need to buy a replacement HOWEVER I am seriously allergic to Aluminium so if any part is Aluminium and it gets hot it affects the food and me

So I need to know if any of new combi ovens have stainless steel fans

Its impossible to tell peering through the grill and the manufacturing companies are incapable of telling me

I need an Engineer who knows the innards of these ovens

Engineers in the field won`t see a model until it`s at least a year old due to the manufacturers guarantee by that time the model has been replaced by a newer version and the spec and materials could have changed too.

I would have thought that a polite call to the Sharp Consumer Sales Enquiries on 0800 262 958. I`m sure if you explained the situation one of their own tech guys may be able to help.

Failing that then try Panasonic on 01344 862444.

Believe it or not thats exactly what I have done and not one of them can tell me

I have an AEG built in Double oven that I cant use because despite an enamel lining its encased in foil and the fan channels are Aluminium

I am so sick of struggling to get info

Millions of people are actually also allergic to Aluminium but they just dont know it and the end result is Alzheimers
