Hi.. Recently my Nef dishwasher always had a pool of water at the bottom of the inside after a cycle. I thought it was a drainage issue so checked the pipes, the impeller, blockages etc and all good. Then I noticed that throughout the day when the machine was off the water level rose and it was clean water. So I think it is on the inlet side that the issue is. I have an aquastop under the sink on the supply pipe into the inlet valve at the base of the machine. I tried turning the power off but the water still rose so I turned the water supply off and that stopped the level rising. Do you think I can assume I need to get a replacement aquastop supply pipe with the inlet valve built in at the end to stop the water leaking in? The part I have found is below. Any help or advice would be gratefully accepted. Many thanks

Just to be sure as there are a few versions, what are the numbers after that model, it should have a /** where “**” is two digits?

They show it as a separate aqua stop valve on that model and it ain’t cheap, £85+ not cheap!! Which is, ehm, a bit sore I’ll say to be kind about it for a poxy inlet valve.

However, from what you describe I’d say it’s almost a sure thing that that valve is the problem.
