NEFF 1031 / 1051 wont heat up :(

Hi.
Sorry for being a noob.

I have either a NEFF 1031-2 or a 1051-2. I cant see from the label at the bottom due to it being worn away 🙁

The clock is working, but the oven wont heat up.
The fan does not start either.
The grill does not heat up.

It was all working fine until a power cut (coincidence?). I have read the manual, cancelled the power cut safety cut off system, tried turning it off at the mains a few times… everything I can think of has no effect.
I am sure that it is not related to the safety system because the triangles under the clock have all been cleared.

The light (on the panel next to the clock) does come on when I turn the oven on, but nothing else happens.

Any help / advice greatly appreciated.

Have you set the timer clock?, the oven wont work unless you do.

Hi.

Yes, I set a time on the clock. I then pressed 2 buttons to ensure that the triangle vanished (this allows the oven to work again after a power cut).

Everything looks exactly how it was, with the only exception being that the oven does not heat up, and the fan does not start.

I had exactly the same problem with ones of these ovens. The smaller bottom oven worked fine, but the top one was totally dead (not even the light worked). A quick press of the right button has just brought it back to life :tup:
