Went to this one before XMAS. Dead. Fitted 264635 Module all working. This year it was reported water leaking down the door during wash and has filled the floor area behind the plinth. Base is flooded with dirty water. Pulled it out stripped run and tested no leaks. Even forced it to overfill and red float rises ok. Xfer hose clear. Stumped as to why so much water would come out.
    Any ideas?

I’ve had a similar problem and it was the seal under the door. Remove the door outer skin and the seal spans the gap between the bottom of the door and the tray. The machine I saw had a distorted seal and it had popped off the lip of the tray.
I’ve had several Bosch machines with torn or split ones as well. (They are “entertaining” to fit – best way is to release the spring before removing the old seal: doing the job with a sprung – loaded door is like wrestling an alligator).

    HTH,

    Steve.
