Neff American Fridge Freezer temperature issues

Hi,

I have a Neff American Fridge Freezer K3990X7GB/04 that the temperature is fluctuating. For some reason the circulating fans within the fridge and freezer compartments are not coming on all the time. After defrosting the unit and turning on the appliance they come on and the compartments get cool but after a while they stop and the cooling then goes all to pot and they don’t seem to come back on.

Is there a sensor that is faulty that prevents both fans from being activated??

Problem found!
The freezer circulating fan was failing once the temperature got cold. If the motor was warmed up a bit it started to work.

New fan will sort the problem
