NEFF B1320 oven door hinge

The door on my oven will not close properly … I think one of the grand kids may have sat on it when it was down. I have looked the hinge and it appears to be too strong to overstress it and cause such a problem. Is it possible for these springs to fail and if so how can I get hold of spares ? The numbers on the oven are B1320NOGB/01 and FD 8105 … John

It may well have damaged the front of the oven housing I’m afraid if someone sat on the door.

A close inspection will be the only way to tell for sure but the hinges do wear as do the hinge suppports behind the front panel, details are:

Hinges 1 x 096784 and 1 x 096785 (Left and Right) at £12.00 each and 2 x 172647 hinge supports, also £12.00 each. Inc VAT but add £3.95 for postage.
