    The oven is not in Auto

    I have a Neff Oven: B1430N0GB/02. The grill works but the oven does not.

    The thermostat light appears on the temperature dial but the fan doesn’t start and the oven doesn’t get hot.

    Any ideas before I start dismantling?

    There’s a few possibles on this one to be honest.

    The fan motor may have failed and now the element has blown as a result, selector switch faulty, overheat thermostat open circuit, the timer possibly but unlikely.

    Power off before attempting please :zap: if you need further help diagnosing this then I would recommend professional help here Repairs@

    Thanks for your prompt response Dave.

    Given the range of possibilities and my (limited!) diagnostic ability, I suspect that professional help is the solution….for the oven that is, not me!
