Neff B1430N0GB/02 FD7904 Replacement Door

Hi all,

I have recently been fixing my Neff oven (the element burned out and I had some melted knobs that I switched out). I was really pleased with my efforts and then just as I was putting everything back together again the door slipped over.

The Neff Door Outer 297523 – is now shattered glass. The inner piece seems fine (I have prised all the bits apart). Having seen the price to get just this outer piece and then reading on this forum about having to glue pieces back together again I fear that this is a job too far for me.

Does anyone here know of anywhere that sells the fully formed door as a simple “slot back on oven” unit? OR of anywhere that has a good stock of used ovens that I may be able to get a donor door from?

Alternatively is anyone here aware of another Neff model door that will fit this one?

Any help much appreciated, feeling very sad that my new element and refurb buttons are now all for nought 🙁

Why don’t you simply visit the NEFF eShop type in the model number and away you browse for all the bits that you need….. 💡

Thanks for the response Martin, as per my post though – buying the parts themselves will add up to more than £300 direct from Neff (that’s where I got the part numbers from).

Thats before I start to try and glue it all together to “hopefully” fix my issue. My cack-handedness got me into this pickle in the first place.

I have now decided that I will sit and monitor a famous auction site in the hope that someone has a knackered oven with a working door that they are offloading cheap.

On that note – does anyone know if Neff doors are interchangeable between different models? The only way I can think to check this is to look at the part numbers on their website on a model by model basis. They don’t appear to be, but surely if the aperture size and hinge arrangement are the same this could be a solution?

They all vary in size, weight and thickness and the hinges differ slightly from model to model.
