    ordered BSH269416 timer which has came with 6 tags

    old timer only has 4 tags – should i have had a wirng chart with new timer – or does it sound like ive got wrong part

    Double check that model no first Ally. By my reckoning we are talking B1542N0GB/01 here I would guess? If that’s the case you should be looking at Timer part number 494535 which superceeded 269146 some time back. If yes to all of the above then go ahead a plug it in! 😀

    cheers martin .. i got part no from neff site and pasted into connect … connect must have sent me older part ..

    just tried part no in connect again – but still they list old part no ? ..

    old part no looks the same but has 6 spades … clock in oven only has 4 .. there is no tag id on both clocks ? ..

    i think ineed to get connect to supply superceded part
