Neff B15E54N0GB/01 oven no heat

Hi, Multi function oven with digital temp display. There’s no heat on any setting. All elements ok. Oven fan operates but no supply to the elements. There’s two modules in the top with no signs of any problem. I suspect the larger module (656844) which holds all the relays, although I can hear these switching over. Elderly customer says he switched off the power at the fuse box whilst the oven was being used :conf: . I was wondering if a surge when the power came back on caused this although the clock would have to be re-set to use the oven. The ptc reads .540kohms which is a similar reading to another ptc I had on the van. Any pointers much appreciated.

There’s not a key symbol above the temperature display is there?

not sure if you have looked up the owners manual so I have posted it

sounds like a demo mode do Neff have one ?

Thanks Dave, Funny enough I have just been reading it on Neff’s site. Will try the ‘i’ button procedure on page 23.

Thanks for your help. It pointed me in the right direction. Pressing the ‘i’ button for 3 sec and then the ” button for 4 secs done the trick. How the old boy managed to get the oven in this mode I don’t know but he did admit to pressing any buttons he could see. :rolls:
