Hi,
This oven’s bulb blew the other day and now every time you switch the power on to the oven the oven fan and cooling fan start to work, you don’t need to set the timer, it’s as soon as the power to the unit is switched on.
If you then set the timer the oven will work but no matter what you do the fans keep going.
I’m thinking a control board but it has two boards so not sure what the best plan of attack is.
Anyone had this before?

when the lamp blew it has gone with a bang. this has welded a relay contact

2 options

1 find the relay and replace it
2 replace the whole board

the board is about £130 the relay takes a bit more skill but less than £10

Thanks Dave, I think we will go with a replacement board as i’m guessing they will want it sorted for christmas and it will be quicker for me to just get a replacement.
