Have a problem with above, None of the elements are working Grill,fan and lower. All getting neutrals but no live. Fan and cooling motors working and I can only suspect the control unit but at £163 + Would not want to mis diagnose. The other thing was that the temp display would not zero and started at 50c, Don’t know if this is relevant or not.

If none of the elements are working , i’d start by looking at the temp limiter on the back – if this is open circuit , it will disconnect the live to all the elements

There is a part listed for that oven as sensor ptc and bearing in mind you’re getting a false temp. reading this may be worth checking.

The 50 deg is the start temp (which can be incremented) and when the temp is reached, the oC indicator in display will extinguisch IIRC.
If the TOC checks out then its looking like an PTC out of tolerance or more likely the module IMHO 😥

Thanks for all the replies, But as I thought the customer was not going to go for a £200 + repair. 🙁 But in all honesty who could blame her!.
