    Our Neff Fan Oven doesn’t seem to be working properly. If you set the temp dial to 180c, it heats up and the indicator light goes out but when checked with an oven thermometer it is only getting up to 150c. The fan is working as normal, so does this mean it’s the thermostat that needs replacing?
    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Elements either work or don’t, so temperature regulation is the culprit.

    Thanks Penguin, thought it might be. I’ve ordered the part, are there any links to advise on fitting or is it fairly straightforward?
