    Hi, this cooker when set at 200 on fan setting randomly flicks back to 160 ,so far I have tried a new temp probe ,p c b and fan element and it still does it ,any ideas ? Thanks Cras

    Probably the selector switch, the default temperature is 160C and if a poor contact in the switch is present it, then it will revert to that from which ever temperature was chosen.
