    Sorry to bother everyone but this little beaut wont take in water unless you add it manually. Tried on rinse prog,drains and proceeds to end without making an effort to take in water, if you interrupt it and add water it works fine. on other programmes it won’t make an attempt to take water in unless you open the door and add 1/2 a kettle. 2 modules on this one but expensive if its not them.

    Reed switch?

    the aqua stop is not being asked to work. I take it the reed switch is the little impellar that measures the amount of water delivered?

    Reed switch (00611317) located in the centre of metering tank.

    Similar idea to the whirlpool one. except when it takes in water it works. problem seems to be it is not asking for water.
