The error code relates to water flow or pumpimg time out issues…… But both water incoming and water emptying are fine.
It fills up without a problem then it washes for “a random” amount of time before the error shows up then it just bleeps….. on the second test I did it opened the soap flap, started to heat for around 15mins BUT then it showed the E18 error….. changed prog. and it emptied fine, so I’m confused that the error is A/ random then B/ nothing to do with fill or empty as they both operater ok.
My thought is a progam/communication fault with the PCB…. but any other suggestions would be welcome. Ta
according to the user manual E18 is a fill error. as long as your water pressure and filters are clear i would look to change this first. goes without saying that although its a common failure it may not cure your problem

the plastic frame is only to protect the part you remove the little pcb and just fit that
