    FD8010 Enr D8990NOGB
    I suspect the pcb is at fault as the motor starts to hum when the hood is
    switched off. How do you gain access to the PCB as it looks like a Krypton factor test.

    if you take off the chimney section , all should be revealed .

    Thanks Paul but with PCB costing about £200 Ireferred the customer back to Neff
