    Got a Neff ceramic hob T1323X0/01 FD 8808 00168

    Customer uses all four plates at once (has always been able to do this). Hob cuts out after a time, cools, and then is able to work on all four burners again. The power board is getting hot in use.

    Suggestions?

    Get instructions on installation you may not have the correct ventilation or its been changed or client has unintentionally blocked it.
