Neff coffee machine C17KS61N0 help

Hello

I bought an ex display kitchen and bundled I was a neff bea to cup integral coffee machine.
Neff C17KS61N0/0

Kitchen was fitted a fee weeks ago.
I have no warranty or guarantee.
Registered
When we switched on for first time tried to do a cup of hot water , nothing.
Tried to do a clean, nothing.
All we get on the display in the progress bar stuck about 3/4 saying preparing.
When you try to press the end icon to get it to start nothing happen.
DOES anyone know what I could try neXT please

suggest you download the manual first and see it its any help

assume and water connections it requires are connected and switched on

Luckily unit doesn’t have to be plumbed in , it’s a fill the reservoir.
I suppose an engineer mode would be handy to reset it
