    Neff Built in combi microwave H5972NOGB 8507/v75120088

    Complaint intermittant cutting out.

    Customer puts her porridge in for 2 minutes on micro works fine.
    Does a second 2 minutes for her hubby, cuts out after 3 seconds.

    I been there checked it out all cooling fan etc are ok and worked fine for me on all the settings and various times.

    Customer still reporting its intermittant.

    Any suggestions

    More than likely it will need a new inverter PCB and mag.

    Did one just the other day for same fault. Guess what though it aint cheap.
