    Hiyas,
    Hoping someone can help me with this one.
    Neff. model R4381X1GB/01
    Original call was because it was saying water container full. Replaced the pump as original one was open circuit. However, it now fails to heat properly. I’ve replaced the heater, thermostat and two temperature sensors but still the fault persists. Is there something I’m missing? or is it likely to be the pcb at fault?

    Hi, i assume the bottom condenser is clear, what is the current drawn, if it is half heat say b/n 5-6amps and you have replaced the heater box then the fault will be with the pcb.

    Ta for that. The bottom condenser is spotless and the ducting has all been cleaned out. I’ll take a pcb with me on the next visit and see what happens.

    How do you mean not heating properly?.

    Does it cut out after a few minutes?.Or is it just not drawing current at all?.

    It hardly heats at all, just gets slightly warm.
