ModeratorH7870WOGB01 is a built in Neff microwave with the drop down style door. No heat on convection, fan or grill (but fans and cavity light operate). All elements OK and Microwave is fine. Changed relay board with no luck, anyone had this before?

I’d be checking for an o/c thermal fuse.
Is there power to the elements ?.

If only life were so simple…I wouldnt be asking here. No the elements are fine as I said so if they had power…they would work.

Yep. microwave ok so door switches sound. Did check them as a last resort.
Thanks again.
I am guessing it may be the NTC but do not know what the correct resistance should be. The one on it is, AFAICT open circuit but at £50 its a gamble to try it or not.January 18, 2008 at 6:19 pm #239781dna

what I was expecting. do I or dont I throw more money at this appliance? cost of NTC is about the same of the refund I would give customer to decline the job…. but then I would never know and live the rest of my life wondering about that damn microwave.
